Four years ago, I went with a dietician to lose weight, I decided to go alone because my mom could not come with me the day of the appointment, the dietician took measurements and he told me what should I do, he gave me a diet and recommended some natural pills to lose weight faster. I decided to buy the pills without telling my parents because they would probably say no to me. I trusted him that the pills were natural and I took them for 2 months, I felt very well with them, the pills inhibited hunger and was losing weight fast. After those two months I continued my diet, I had to make my exam to get me to school, it would be a week after finishing my pills, exam day arrives that would be very easy to me passing the exam, it was to make a knowledge test, psychological test and other antidopin. It was the day and I did two exams and the antidopin the same day. I had to wait one week to see the results. After a week they called my parents to take the results. We went back the next day and when we got to school we go straight to the director and he told us to take a sit to my dad, my mom and me. He told us that I approved two tests, but he could not accept me because the antidopin was positive, in that moment my parents turn over to see me very angry and disappointed and I did not know what to do, why the test is positive if I do not consume drugs, I have never tried any drugs, I was afraid and I told my parents that it was not true and of course they did not believe me. They began to scold me and say all the consequences that brought the drugs, and they wanted to send me to the psychologist to see what was wrong with me. My parents got into the car very disapointed for the situation and I did not know what to do, until I remembered I was taking a "natural" pills and I told my parents that the dietician gave me some natural pills and that probably had something that I do not know. They decided to test the pills to see if the pills contain some kind of drug and the proof was positive, the pills had methamphetamine and that made me inhibit appetite. He wanted to kill the dietician because of knowing that I would never have bought those pills. At the end my parents were upset because I did not telling them about the pills, but were happy because they knew I did not use drugs. We back to school and explained the situation the director accepted me but he would do a test to me every two months to confirm that it was true and I could curse my high school there.
What will you do if you were in this situation?
If I was in your situation I would try to understand my parents because I think its hard to see that the antidopin of your son is positive I really dont know how would I react but maybe I'll be in tears haha 💊💊💊
ResponderBorrarIf I was in your situation, first I would tould my parents about that pills, and investigate well what substance does the pill have. And then we will make a decision.

ResponderBorrarI read your blog with interest. Honestly, it's a very funny story for me. I am student of nutrition and it is bad know that there are "professionals" who do this type of treatment. My advice is if you need nutritional support investigate if they are dietitian or nutritionist, it is a big difference between them. On the other hand investigates all pills you prescribed, it is not the best way to lose weight, use a healthy diet. If you need nutritional support, call me!

ResponderBorrarI can imagine how difficult your situation was, because you didn't now about with substance does the pill have, and you were trying to lose weight, but my advice to you is if you are going to take some pills or to do something like this you have to tell your parents.
ResponderBorrarThis is a really dificult situacion because now a days the social media is pushing other to have a great shape and there are many pills and suplements and these can be really bad for your body because these are chemicals and there are a lot of wasy to eat healthy and losse weight.

That is a very important to trust in our parents, because they can help us to endure bad moments, if I were you I talk to my parents about the pills, or maybe just search about the pills and be sure they are natural.

I would tell the true since the first moment, I don't believe in that kind of magic slimming drugs or to get more muscle because it usually had more bad than good consequences. Fortunately it did not pass over consequences affecting your health. Be careful and remember never lie to your parents.
